ONLINE SCHEDULING

We offer convenient ways to schedule your appointment online. Please note, scheduling may be structured differently depending on whether you're a new or current patient, so it's important to follow the correct link below. 

Existing Patients: You can login to your MyJeffersonHealth or go to account to schedule with a provider you have seen in the past three years.

Einstein Health Network patients: Visit https://providers.einstein.edu to find a doctor, or log in to your MyEinsteinHealth account. 

*As we work to merge databases, please continue using the above sites for information specific to your care at Einstein.

New Patients: You can self-schedule appointments with a range of primary or specialty care providers online at jeffersonhealth.org/onlinescheduling.

RADIOLOGY SERVICES

To schedule with our radiology services for an MRI, CT scan, ultrasound or other imaging test, please call 215-481-EXAM (Mon.- Fri. from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)

If you are seeking an appointment with a new provider or specialty, you can call 1-800-JEFF-NOW, (Mon.- Fri. from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or fill out the below information.

After your form is submitted, a member of our team will call you within 48 hours (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.) to complete your appointment request. If you need to schedule multiple appointments, please submit one form.

NOTE: With this form, you are submitting a request for a callback for a non-urgent appointment request. Our Access Center will contact you to facilitate scheduling an appointment within 1-2 business days. Calls are made Monday through Friday between 8AM and 7PM.
